I can comfirm. I know Zurich based landlords who are currently sh*ting their pants cuz it is harder to find tenants who pay 5000 CHF for a 2 bed in Seefeld at the Swiss Goldcoast, now that so many Credit Suisse Bankers lost their jobs.
