funny i didn't find it was that bad, and i heard many people say that the netherlands water was good, but ok
i usually filled my water bottles on taps on the park areas and sitting areas and whatnot, they were pretty common...
i didn't even think about it tbh... but yeah as a street person in amsterdam it was never hard to find water, toilets were a bit more difficult
i dont understand either
was always under the impression we're good
