Humans don't need as much as in 8 eggs in a day though, or gall bladder problems will come. As far as fat intake, I can attest that with the addition of substantial fibre sources (mainly spinach but almost all vegetables) a human can consume a full 1g/kg versus weight of fat in one sitting with no problem.

It's important to not forget the fibre. We can't absorb the fat all at once, our intestines should run for about 24 hours so fibre, insoluble fibre particularly, tends to adsorb oils, like grease paper, and this slows down the hydrolysis by bile.

If you leave out the fibre, it hydrolyses all at once and you get diarrhea beyond about 1/3 of that quantity. It is probably significant that lard containers sold around here list their fat/10g. This seems to be what low fibre normie diets can tolerate.

Sardines do wonders for eyes and coats, too.

When I get my little patch of dirt I'm getting a breeding pair of russian blues and should have got myself set up for catching fish from clean atlantic waters.. and I'll also raise rabbits, they are a favourite food, plus even ordinary rabbits make such nice fur trimmings for things, not that one needs such warmth often here but hey, gonna use it anyhow.
