The big pancake-like thing is called injera, the meat in the middle does look like derek tibs, but is probably gored gored (usually tenderloin or round steak) but if it is spicy, it was maybe a version of siga wat (which might also be the one you rated 11/10 in the 11-o'clock position). I looked up tibs, and it is typically served in clay pots with coals at the bottom. The 6 o'clock yellow item is kik alicha, a yellow pea stew.
