we eat at Prairial every time we come to Lyon. it's over the top good minimalistic hyper local, etc. i just finished a ridiculously good piece of fish.

another awesome restautant that is more family/warm is l'Établi, the staff know me there lol.

a trip to Lyon without these 2 restaurants is a waste.
