Thanks but only the number of followers is showing. There are no relay info or who she is following there.

Hmmm that’s weird. It takes some time to load from the relays, but should be there in a few seconds at latest:

She just upgraded to this iPhone from a much older version and she's having trouble installing many apps from the App Store (not all). Could this be related?

I apologize again that I know almost nothing about IOS.

Don’t know about that either. But since the app launches I don’t think that will be the case.

I'm going to tell her to Uninstaller and then reinstall and see if that helps.
