We recommend rizful.com for fastest zaps, but there are other options. You said you run your own node... is great, but there is a trade-off... unless you have a REALLY great & fast internet connection, you are likely to have "slow zaps" ... the zap specification requires SEVERAL round-trips .. see here https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/57.md ... so really, if possible, zaps should be received on a CLOUD-based lightning node....
