#Phantosmia means that you are torn out of your day at any time by uncontrollable odour disturbances, or worse, that you can't even start it because the attacks begin in bed in the morning and you can't do anything about it.

Today it's horrible again.

Thanks for that idea ❤️. I have tried similar things in the past, not specifically these though, might be worth a try 🙏. There is however the clear tendency that such things rather trigger even more phantosmia 🙈..
