ENSLAVEMENT

My existence weighs on me

I am burdened by the knowledge that I exist

I have become a victim of my thoughts

Enslaved by my religion,

My belief,

My culture,

Destiny laughs in my face,

Confirming that I chose this reality

I cry in his face,

Confirming that I am the one to bury this reality

I exist, so I am dead

This body was not created for my soul

But the fuel for the engine of life.
