Frank Cappler, founder of CappThesis, has pointed out in a recent report that #Bitcoin’s correlation with the S&P500 index is still strong.

This shows that #Bitcoin, as a global asset, is still subject to macro-financial market movements, and that the movement of capital in the stock market can affect its short-term trend.

However, it should be noted that #Bitcoin is inherently different from stocks or bonds. #Bitcoin is not corporate debt and is not dependent on government fiscal policies. As its global adoption increases, its correlation with traditional assets will decrease and its role as an independent and neutral currency will become more pronounced.
