I'm currently on a quest to setup a lightning wallet I can connect here to start sending zaps – yeah, I know, advanced stuff.

Any recommendations?

Good intro is wallet of Satoshi. Depending on where you live and device. Its no longer available for iOS in US App Store

Download wallet of Satoshi from the App Store. Go to settings in Damus, find zap and choose wallet of Satoshi as default wallet.
