More coffee will sort. 😁

100 milligram caffeine pill and a couple cups of coffee later. I felt like a brand new human being.
Job done. Dependancy is a great thing… kinda.
Yeah, it's kind of disgusting. caffeine is useful but I definitely recognize that I am very dependent on it was sick for two days and woke up today fucking more miserable than my fever.
Total drug. Go a few days without and you will have symptoms. Thankfully withdrawal symptoms that are not as drastic as heroin or crack.
That's definitely true. I'd take a bad headache for a couple days, then, you know, actual shakes that can potentially kill you.
Yep. And the hit after a break is more pleasant rather than mind blowing. I tend to have regular breaks from it. I think it’s probably the best way to moderate coffee/caffeine intake.
I definitely go days where I completely omit any sort of caffeine, But it's usually no more than 48 hours because that seems to be my limit before the debilitating headache sets in.
I need to plan a five-day stretch where I can completely detox. Like Thursday Friday, go without caffeine, have a really shitty weekend and hopefully by Monday be better.
Decaf can help here. But it is literally brown water, just with a familiar flavour.
Yeah same. Two day breaks seem to be the moderation norm. Not too hard to kick it entirely, but I also like that flavour, especially post meal. I think humans are meant to have a caffeine intake. It’s one of the fascinating things about life and how everything is connected. The mere fact that a plant can affect the physiology of a mammal points to a common shared ancestry IMO.
