Now listen, I'm not going to argue public schools are always amazing, but...
There are about 1.8 million students in Illinois in public schools. This list includes a few thousand. Where is the rest of the list? How do we know this wasn't sorted by lowest first?
The point is this...if ANY school has 0 students proficient in math, it has failed. Why should they be allowed to continue. A free market in education would not tolerate this. Government schools are not subjected to free market forces.
