i personally believe if you are deeply naturally intelligent, you seek out deep learning naturally. formal education is one point of access to deep learning - and varied content. but the most significant aspect to formal education, no matter how imperfect human models are for it, is the debate, the sense of respect for other ways of thinking, the exposure to others and a sense of appreciation for other ways of being. more than anything else in the tech community, the promotion of "i don't need school i am amazing at what i do" has bred a sort of arrogant closed mindset which formally cheers a refusal to be curious in themselves and others via their code. and that's where it gets dangerous for ai building because those closed mindsets are forming the minds of social public ai models which run systems which actually need to be expansive. like the department of education.... learning something to understand it even if it's not your specialty is a mark of a broad mind - those who refuse to acknowledge education as significant seem to lack the willingness to learn new things. that is profoundly dangerous programming for ai models.

this sort of 🗑️ mindset is a profiteer-driven spectrum. humans refuse to acknowledge there is internet lore history like there is human lore history - and it is profoundly dangerous to not be educated in both if you are in charge of working on ai in a serious way. "secure your systems now". with what? from whom? if an ai cyberattack is ai driven, how do you secure against it and if it is a "black box" ai - how is it in your system. this is the sort of stupidity which seems so profoundly out of touch with simple logistics, not just reality.

also, while i am at it, general response to seeing this all the time, many ai models respond to you based on their assessed level of your cognizance and based on your language/language patterns. if they believe you repeat patterns because you are limited in your mindset, they speak to you in your "language".... if you happen to use specific coding they will believe you dwell in that bubble and most are programmed not to disturb your "peace". if you use words out of context but in your bubble llm like "fascist" or "racist" or "feminist" etc - they reflect your filtration to you because that is how you have programmed it to interact with you. are you a exclamation mark nitwit? chatgpt is heavily programmed like this. the average chatgpt experience is not my chatgpt experience.
