⚡️Today the Biden administration announced that a number of groups of foreign nationals would have their Temporary Protected Status (TPS) extended by 18 months. Most notably, citing humanitarian, political, and economic challenges, the TPS was extended for Venezuelan nationals who have “continuously resided in the United States on or before July 31, 2023.” The extension was also applied to individuals from Ukraine, El Salvador, and Sudan and is expected to extend the TPS of almost 1 million immigrants, according to CBS.
