Floris Board is highly recommended among users
Others really like OpenBoard
Some still use Swiftkey and Gboard, with network permissions disabled
(I still use Swiftkey as above)

I use graphene and I use FUTO keyboard and FUTO Voice Input (2 apps) and I love them!
Someone needs to fork the futo keyboard or another open source keyboard so that it removes all url sharing/tracking links.
