Point is you shouldn’t spend beyond your means, if you spend more than you can afford you will work until you die. This is when your shit owns you not the other way around.

Was about to reply same. I have friends who earn well and are in debt to their eye balls in their late 40s and others same age who drove cheaper cars they could afford, earned less, paid mortgages down and took less extravagant holidays through their 30s and are just fine and debt free now
