My longtime bestie is Mexican / Salvadorian. I love eating at their house 🤤 We always make pozole around Christmas / new years. Cooking with them is always a big family event. Always good times

Omggg yes they make the best punch. Idk where you are at, but where I live - we get super cold winters. It’s literally the best thing to sip on in a cold December
I’m not sure if horchata is specifically a Mexican thing because I’ve had it in other Central American countries, but that’s probably one of my favourite drinks 🤤 everyone laughed at my gringo ass the first time I had it because I described it as having leftover milk from a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch 😬
