“Once Upon a Time: Political Fables” by Claudius (Claudius Ceccon) is a collection of allegorical stories that explore political themes. Published in 1983 by the World Council of Churches, the book uses fables to comment on various social and political issues. It will hit close to home for those in this community.

It’s a small collection of fables. You could burn through it in 15 minutes if you were reading it like a novel.

Its just one of those book of fables you pick up from time to time, read a story slowly, think about the moral/idea of the story - that sort of thing.

Here’s one story. Apologies for the poor quality photos. The book I bought was never used so the binding immediately came apart when I opened it.

It’s a shame when a good book goes unread for so many years.

Idk why I posted this one, lol. It’s the scariest/darkest one in the book. They all aren’t this heavy and schizophrenic-drawing like 😅🤣
