oh man. wtf

I mean, we can mitigate it. Many small providers helps, we can also do ToS that require people to be adults, that kind of thing. But it's definitely an attack on the open internet.

I've been bouncing this idea back and forth in my mind for months. I have my personal feelings about minors on nostr, but I also feel like it's up to parents to decide that for themselves. Liability like this would be something that might force my hand.

the exceptions are interesting

“a product or service that primarily functions as business-to-business software”

because there’s no profit and all our notes are for sale we should be good 😂
