We have not much a Taco culture here, so if you are lucky enough to find a place to enjoy a Taco Will most likely to ve a flour one
Most flour tortillas are terrible … northern Mexican tortillas use lard instead of some random oil or grease … it really punches up the flavor.
There’s a lot of wildly popular northern style taco places just because of the tortillas …
Yes lard sounds more tasty than other kinds of oil or Grease, Uruguay has missed most inheritance of corn use, i imagine is a bad european influence.
