This makes no sense, the internet doesn’t have distribution on its own which is why tcp was not enough and a bunch of products were built on top.

What doesn’t make sense? People can access a website or a web client is my point. There are other ways to meet people. An app from the app store isn’t required to reach people. But hey, if you want to keep submitting your product to a centralized source and keep getting rejected, then do you. 🤷♀️

Yes. It matters, I fucking hate it too and hate every minute of it, but just like I hate doing many things that are important.
Isn’t standing on principle more important? Are you willing to water down your product just to be accepted by Apple? Also, Isn’t there are ZapStore where people can upload/download apps. If apps are so important, shift the focus to there.
