i don't think you can char with miner heat so i presume there needs to be a thermoelectric generator in the middle somewhere?

bonus points for home made supercapacitors to allow it to run intermittently while keeping the miner running continuously (i dunno how much their boot-up energy cost overhead is but it's not nothing usually)

supercaps are made from charcoal and all!

Yeah you’d still use fire & the miner would run on the excess heat

Pine industry where I live, you could make a whole business making biochar alone much less if your setup also literally formed you money

yeah, i understand how this tech works :D - i wish you luck with your enterprise, there is loads of heat waste from making charcoal, makes sense to boil water and run turbines and attach bitcoin miners to it... and probably you can direct the waste heat of the miners back into the air intake of the kiln...
