I don’t know that there is a solution other than people being more selective about hashtags they use or clients implementing more complex filtering. Clients maybe could implement logical operators for hash tags so, for example, you could filter on something like “#plebchain NOT #ai”. Otherwise you need some sort of “algorithm” that doesn’t rely on hashtags for filtering.
