#[4]​ is the code already available for other clients to use?

The PR to amend NIP-57 was merged a few days ago, so i added support on Snort
It just adds a tag to notes which clients can use to send zaps to a different LN address or LNURL than the author of the note.
It should be extended again to support "Splits" (this was my suggestion on the PR) in the same way that Prisms work, but some thought this was too much for clients

maybe should be amended to include pubkeys as well? I think #[4]​ suggested this since some some peoples lnurl may change, clients can just use the pubkey set on the zap tag to get their latest lnurl instead of a static lnurl which can also remain as an option
