I had just under 65,000 sats on my WOS. I’m guessing some of the channels were maxed out because I had several failed transactions trying to move more than 20k sats at a time.

This chart doesnt reflect anything to do with accounts or funds on WoS side

Its channel count and total funds, and the balance is split between WoS and peer.

...but if this was a super significant event, wouldn't you think more channels would close and overall capacity would've dropped more than that? Honest Q

It looks to me like their overall capacity actually went up in the past few days. Maybe I'm wrong.
