It is marshall law. So it's a constituational grey area on how valid any signature on a peace deal is. That being the case, it lessens the value of any agreement. Elections would clear that up. Some want them, others do not. But there is heavy censorship laws in place, so hard to know who wants what.
Zelensky should start worrying about saving his neck and try to exit as fast and peacefully as possible. Call for elections and step aside and pray the people don’t demand investigations into the corruption.
