What's a way to create a non-wtandard transaction? Some addresses have been dusted and I want to create a transaction with no output value output and send it all as fees.

Electrum wallet allow you to non-standard transaction. What you will have to do is produce a transaction with all the dust UTXO in input and no output

And can I do that with signing on a colcard, without loading my seed into electrum? I've never used it before.
