No, it’s more similar to a custodial lightning wallet and actually has lightning built in to claim real sats (smallest unit of bitcoin)

no it is separate from lightning, but works with lightning.

there is no "Cashu Token" or offering or exchanges. it is federated custodians hosting lightning nodes. lightning bitcoin in > ecash > lightning bitcoin out.
