What do you think about #Orbot as a #VPN replacement? I have the settings #Tor / Orbot in my #Amethyst. Who is using Orbot and what kind of experiences you have?

What do you think about using Orbot if you are in a country where VPN is blocked? Anyone experience with Orbot, settings, if you are in a country that blocks VPN?

Unfortunately Tor is noticeably slower and it seems like some sites and relays block it some images never load.

I'd love to hear how you get on though.

Make sure you have Tor enabled.

Add the relay.

Thanks, I have to try later... I have the problem that in the country where I am at the time is VPN blocked. SurfShark don't work, other VPN don't work. OpenVPN don't work and Wireguard I did try 2 days ago, didn't work. Tor is not working stable, I still play with it. But I had connection already. The problem is it get locked and I have to reboot the connection, then it works for a while
