oh I see. I thought you meant topping up with https://vpn.sovereign.engineering/ (which should still work btw)
However, with on-chain fees sitting at 1-5 sat/vb you could just top-up that way
I tried paying the invoice again today and payment want trough. Maybe they needed to rebalance their chanels :)
