Thats why you open 2 big channels so you have space to go in and out. I have 2 big open channels one is an on-chain transaction and the other is a lightning network transaction. I opened them then moved mostly all back to storage and now my channels have been open for months with no problems and I go in and out.. the trick is open 2 channels big enough and move back and now you have space..
