Was more of a psa to be careful with your sharp things, but here it is. Sausage and sweet potato chowder.

It is probably my favorite right now, a splash of apple cider vinegar when you add the cream 🤌🤌. Sausage, sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, and fennel. A little flour to thicken it and stock or broth of your choice. Super basic, but so comforting.
