I like the look of the early bird, I’d put a fried egg top and bottom though, and a few millimeters of aioli along with a drizzle of herb infused olive oil/balsamic vinegar soaked into each bread piece before assembly. GM indeed!

It's the only one I'd remotely consider here, but even the "bagels" pictured are wrong. They look like they came from Panera.

They do look unappealingly hard. We’re so spoiled. 😁 First world problems are such a divine guilty pleasure.
