The highly rational answer is half, $450T. Half the world is money, half is other stuff. I respect that answer, fair lower bound.

Personally, I think more like $700T or 3/4ths because of the disgusting amount of leverage and monetary premium on equities and real estate, plus bonds and money are pure monetary premium.

P.S. don’t forget to divide by the fraction to give equivalent purchasing power in today’s dollars. 😉
