problem is conventional system internationally heavily rely on formal school/colleague degree.
nobody cares if someone learn anything good or not any private job gov job immigration or study abroad or anywhere / everyone ask for it.

beyond that people want them to be accredited and all of these accreditation are schemes that cost more money
