Follow a lot of "real humans" accounts. Like several hundreds. That way you will always see a checkmark on the profile pic, if you follow the account. If you don't see the checkmark, you can be sure it's a fake account. They check for npubs. Those can't be faked.

Then use listr.lol to create special home feeds (you can use them in Amethyst) and services like Primal.net or others to look for "trending" filters.
