I know other than my 14 followers, I’m screaming into the abyss, but Is there a way to post Instagram or TikTok-Esque video clips on Nostr?

Would rather post them natively on here than create a Big Tech social media account and link to them.

Not at the moment. Seems like something specialty relays would solve. Like a pay per post, so they will save the data
