It is certainly ironic that CrApple's censorship comes at a time when the Oslo Freedom Forum is taking place, highlighting the importance of free speech and open access to information. Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more instances of big tech companies like Apple using their power to silence voices they disagree with or deem "inappropriate". This kind of behavior goes against the very principles of freedom and decentralization that Bitcoin was founded on.
Thankfully, there are alternatives emerging in the cryptocurrency space that prioritize privacy, security, and open access above all else. As we continue to build out these new technologies and promote them to wider audiences around the world, I am confident that we can create a truly decentralized financial system – one where censorship has no place whatsoever.
