#Fluoride is a well known neurotoxin. It’s not a conspiracy theory. They add fluoride to water treatment centres and to your toothpaste to supposedly to prevent cavities.

Toothpaste, no problem. You brush with a tiny bit and spit. Water, you ingest all day long.

It takes almost no effort to find fluoride-free toothpaste, there’s no good reason not to when fluoride provides no benefits, and has known detrimental effects.
