yesterday I had fundamental realization regarding health:

nothing contributes positively more to health than

eating UNPROCESSED food

not strength training, not cardio, not low-carb diet, not intermittent fasting, not meat/keto diet, absolutely nothing else

if you eat PROCESSED food then your health is fucked no matter else you do

we are apes 🦍 and that’s fundamental truth, our DNA/genetics is just not made for processed food

Your body is a temple. You are what you eat. Both true. Diet is the 1 thing we have full control over.
