The neti pot is nice too. I just got one and used it last month when I had allergies for a bit. I just tilt my head forward a little and look to the side, then I stuff the nozzle in my nose and wait for it to flow out the other nostril.
This is the spray I use,.you can find it as Fluticasone Propionate.
Do you only have allergies in the spring?

In the fall and spring mostly.
It’s only really bad for me in the spring but I have phlegm in my throat year round. Idk what to do about that.
