Well maybe not as many states, because this measures a bit of a weird metric: usage relative to the average, so some states have to be low the below the average.
I was thinking the same thing. Alcohol is way more popular than all that stuff maybe combined. I disagree on Utah though. In my stent there I noticed no shortage of drunks. They hide it well though
While you are correct, it's a map of illicit drugs.
Ah it says "illicit" only in the small print. This map has so many problems:-)
