Awesome can you share what’s the plan or routine? I would like to do something like that :)
This one is 2 sets of 4 mins. 1 min between each.
Each set of 4mins is: 20 secs on 10 secs rest
1st set is 40+ resistance. 2nd set is 45+ resistance
You should already be warm before doing this (so either a ride or a training right before) 🫡
