Working with a brilliant person on the spectrum. They accidentally overbooked themselves for two auditions, because they didn’t innately account for a time zone change in their head, and now they feel 🌪️.

It’s going to work out fine, and they’ll do great, but it doesn’t change the duress they feel for not “getting it right.” Hard moment. Cheers to being a calm presence.
