Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Macron is no different than Moxie launching a shitcoin, or Durov lying about Telegram’s encryption.

We are all blind to hypocrisy without the people around us keeping us honest. May we keep friends close that call us on our bullshit. It stings in the moment, but it protects us from our ego in the longterm.

#Nostr and #Bitcoin are technical manifestations of that check on the ego. They’re imperfect, but the best protocols we currently have in a world that has become unhinged. May the transition be peaceful.

Been giving a lot of thought about an AI personalized bot that only keeps my ego in check all day long. It strips the humiliation from other humans doing the service and also never lies. It could be a good objective check on your own retardness levels.

Been thinking about this further. Imagine an AI bot that gives

real time feedback on behavioral patterns and counterproductive programming from childhood. We could become aware of stuff holding us back much faster than e.g. a weekly therapy session. Then try different approaches and course-correct instantly instead of weeks later.
