Admittedly, I haven’t had time to listen to the 45min video. Fair critiques as far as I can glean. I read this before the inception of #bitcoin
Certainly wouldn’t recommend any expensive course promising money making secrets.
However, for the trivial cost of the book, it’s a fine beginners resource — though now there are probably better ways to understand money.
Certainly, Bitcoin authors have created greater works.
Added context: to answer your direct question, I think the singular greatest takeaway is his cash flow chart. 
Still recommend watching the video, it’s 20min on 1,5x speed.
So if you are born in a poor family, how do you jump right into right side of the chart (excluding Bitcoin as you read it before)
