she decided that a relationship couldn't happen given the circumstances and it's the most reasonable breakup i've ever experienced. she was far too young for me, but very intelligent and mature for her age. like me, she was a #neurodivergent person. when i detected signs of doubt i knew to push the issue, so this saved some time. i don't regret one thing.
