Yeah now that we see the actual charges it's quite apparent that they're attempting to spitball and hope something sticks. Most of these sound made-up but I am no expert in EU/French law. I hope to hell he gets a fair trial and a damned good lawyer.
On another note: 
My face opens most doors but perhaps with my blade drawn the system made the best choice 👀
