While I don't agree with them, someone has lazily scraped that off AI Google. UWO's have been around for a long time in The UK.

UWOs have been around a long time but have only been used in a handful of cases. They expanded the law in 2023 and now this is the first time Serious Fraud Office has used it. The expansion of them is the entire point of the article.
